Early on, Julie’s father encouraged her natural bent toward sales and
“seeing” a goal in order to achieve it. Her love for land and the precursor of her love for real estate, had its beginnings in her father’s approach to properties he considered buying when she was a young girl.
He would exit the car saying “I can see it now! Look girls, this is the
perfect place for the house! See those trees over there? We can build the horse barn
right there, and fence in this big field for the pasture. We’ll clear trails through the
woods and we’ll even build a diving dock in the middle of the pond. Can’t you just see
it?”
Consequently, Julie, a lifelong horsewoman, specializes in listing and selling Rural
Homes, Rural Ranch Land, and Horse Properties for the casual horse keeper and professional horsemen and women alike. She sees the potential of the properties she lists
and shows, and enjoys helping her clients have the most positive real estate experience
possible.
Julie sells property in the North Texas areas of Wise, Montague, Denton, and Dallas

Christian Williams resides with his family, wife, Melissa, and two daughters, Ellie and Emma on a 70-acre farm and ranch raising cows, sheep and chickens. Hailing from the DFW metroplex, Christian served ten years as a Fort Worth Police Office, his last eight years working specifically in crime scene.
While working full time for the police department, Christian also received his certification for installing septic systems and is responsible for installing two on his own property. He and his family built their farm up from the ground up, drilling shallow water wells, working pens, fencing and cross-fencing, building a high tunnel greenhouse and understanding how to select the perfect land for specific purposes. Christian has worked in the family oil and gas business and understands the impact of mineral ownership on a piece of property or of the benefits and risks of oil and gas pipelines that may be traversing the property.
Christian understands first hand the stresses and joys of purchasing a home, a farm and rental property.

Tamara Harris
Tamara is a native Texan but spent her youth and young adulthood living in Arizona. Deciding that she wanted to raise her children in her home state, she moved back to Ft Worth, Texas. Tamara worked as a medical billing clerk for several years when a coworker introduced her to the love of her life. She married her husband, David Harris, in 2006 who brought her east to live in Mineola, Texas. Between the two of them, they have four grown boys and one daughter-in-law.
For the next several years, Tamara worked for a cable management company in Tyler, starting as the front desk receptionist and working her way up to becoming the office jack of all trades doing payroll, accounts payable, human resource among other managerial duties. After corporate restructuring and the elimination of her position, Tamara decided to embark on a new career and studied for her real estate license.
After a lot hard study while working as a nanny, she received her real estate license in May 2021. With this exciting new road laid before Tamara, she is ready to help others find their dream home and meet any challenge that may arise in the buying or selling process. Tamara is very honest, trustworthy, and meticulous in helping her clients buy and sell real estate. She is excited about helping new home buyers fulfill their dream of getting into their first home, as well as helping homeowners with buying and selling.

When not helping clients, Tamara enjoys volunteering with her church’s children’s ministry.
